Call us weird, but we love winter!  The ground freezes, plants go dormant, bugs and creepy fungus die.  It's a time for the air to clean, and the soil to rest and rejuvenate.

You can always use dark days of rain and snow as great excuses for comfort food and hot chocolate - and the best part about winter in Redding is - if we want lots of snow, we'll simply drive to it in less than an hour!

With the New Year and all that is "new" and "coming soon" to Redding, our pirates have been in a bit of a Clint Eastwood You-Feelin'-Lucky-Punk-mood, and have been sharpening their knives a lot...  and it very well may have influenced the Southwestern, Central American-unafraid direction in our latest menu.  Are you a Meat & Potatoes kinda Joe?  No problem, we got'cha covered!  Craving comfort food? Our Brown Sugar & Juniper Brined Free-Range, Thick-Cut, Berkshire Pork Chop with Pineapple-Mango Salsa will warm you to the bottom of your toes! We're just not scared!

As always, we truly appreciate your support and look forward to seeing you again very soon!

Cheers!
